Fortnite Guardians of the Galaxy skins leaked, while LEGO Fortnite gets vehicles

A new set of skins that appear to be from Fortnite have leaked on the X, seemingly showcasing characters from Guardians of the Galaxy, including a chunky version of Groot.

PostThe XTigerHyperX from a Fortnite leaker is completely devoid of any context and contains only images pulled from the game.

The images you see here are part of a larger post showing off a number of new Fortnite skins, emotes, and characters pulled from recent patches. However, Guardians of the Galaxy is a set of characters that are sure to do well when they arrive in the item shop, and the various jewelry, emoticons, and LEGO versions of the characters suggest we might even be based on the sci-fi series.

As mentioned, iterations of the LEGO skins are present and correct, which means it looks like, when it finally arrives, they’ll definitely be playable in LEGO Fortnite as well.

LEGO Fortnite Patch 29.10

Meanwhile, a new patch will be released today, version 29.10, which will bring official vehicle building to LEGO Fortnite, following recent news that LEGO Fortnite players will be able to build new islands. Dubbed “Mechanical Mayhem,” the patch will “bring new ways to your world so you can embark on your biggest adventure yet!”

Once you unlock the in-game recipes, you can build three new vehicles: Speeder, Offroader, and Hauler.

• With the new vehicle crafting features we have to adjust some durability values. If any parts are damaged, we recommend using rarer resources to enhance your build.
• When picking up a pile of items, you can drop them one at a time.
• Fish ponds can be found near new (but somehow ruined) docks next to lakes and rivers.
• Improvements were made to the construction to make it stable when entering and exiting the cave.
• Stability repairs have been made to structures that have traveled long distances around the world.
